Mystery plane at Melbourne Airport

This plane has been seen pretty regularly at Melbourne pretend Airport - the name is tpahcadpo - Russian for Transaero. Research shows it doesn't fly passengers in/out of here - Miami being the only FL airport they use. So one has to ask - what is a Russian 737/747 doing parked at Melbourne pretend Airport?

    Midair USA buys/sells and repairs 747/777 aircraft at the airport.

    "pretend"??? I love that airport..I would rather fly out of Mel than have to go to Orlando.
