Creative/Reuse Recycling Contest held by Keep Brevard Beautiful and Waste Management. The idea is to re-purpose creatively. And there are 4 categories:
1) Clothing accessories (like the gown above)
2) Useful item (turn one item into another useful item)
3) Posters
4) Art work/decorations
