Sept. 1 - 3 is Cold-Blooded Weekend at Brevard Zoo! Learn all about the amazing world of cold-blooded animals including reptiles, amphibians, arachnids, and insects!
Be sure to see the
cold-blooded animals on exhibit in the Nyami Nyami River Lodge. New this
year, check out "Toad Town", featuring a variety of toad abodes created
by Zoo Teen Volunteers. They'll also be serving up a whole new variety of
delicious treats involving insects as the main entree!
Cold-Blooded
Weekend also includes zookeeper talks, animal encounters, a bake sale
with proceeds benefiting the Zoo’s conservation projects, a daily
alligator feeding demo, tortoise races, special enrichments for the Zoo
animals, and more.
Cold-Blooded Weekend is free with paid Zoo admission.
